I want to thank Scott for all his help getting me placed in Jax Fl as a Sales Rep after the utility
surplus in March. Without your help i'm sure i'd be unemployed or working for a crappy wage somewhere else.
I thank you and my family thanks you.

With the fact that we don't have much work, shouldn't we be gold plating everything?
We in cable repair have been told no more PMA tickets. The ST's are doing whatever they can to get service and turning
in 658's. We have been told not to do 658's. If we run out of work, we have to pick up a station trouble. If the ST's
turn troubles back to cable, it gives us work that they will let us do and keeps us from taking work from you guys.
The
company is treating 658's as meaningless.
Dave said this months ago and none of u guys are listening..I've
personally been back on jobs on the station load and its the worst work i have ever seen..I'm not perfect but do it like
it was your own house.... us in cable repair want 2 work on cable not do all the st work or rf658"s ..if u can restore
service good but if everything is blown up and damaged return it ..u did your job ..don't get your pair 2 work and leave..
send it us so we can do our job..but with st's doing our work we have 2 do yours..i have seen where some of the st's
are going way out of the limits and time 2 get that completion but all u guys are doing is making your numbers fake...if jobs
are turn backed 2 cable and everyone does it they wont raise that number but the more of u guys do this the company will want
100% which means we are not needed and means some of u wont be needed cause of us will get surplused..everyone
needs to understand we are in this together ...the company is into a numbers game...dont let that number be you

I just wanted to take this time to thank Scott and everyone else at Local 3115 that had a hand in resolving my recent
grievance. After 5 weeks, it finally came to an end today (12/30/08) with me getting the open spot in SSIM.
Scott kept me informed and up to date, even while off of work and on vacation, with any updates or changes involved.
If it were not for the union and all of the hard work it does for us, this would have just been thrown out by HR.
I would also like to thank Vinny for all of the work he has done to get this website
up and running so dumb guys like me can place open letters to everyone who cares about what the union is doing.
Dennis.

Just a suggestion.

Crunch time is here brothers and sisters. There is just over
8 months until our contract expires. The company seems to be standing strong on our issues. Now is the time to stand up and
fight. We have worked too hard for what we have. I beg all of you to come to the meetings so we are all on the same page.
As Craig said in the guest-book section, "SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T GET IT". We are our own worst enemy. If we
all don't stick together, we are as strong as our weakest link. There is alot going on right now. We need to let "the
company" know....THEY NEED US!!!
Thanks,
Vinnie
