Dear members of Local 3115,
I apologize for neglecting to update this more frequently but i have been trying to reach all of you in our membership meetings
and through our parking lot meetings. There are some issues that i cannot address in this forum due to security issues
with this site, but i wanted all of you to know our bargaining team in Atlanta is working very hard for all of us and trying
their very best to reach an agreement that will benefit all of us.
There
is so much going on with the company and CWA right now that there is not enough space to write about it here. Many of
you have been written up for ESM, and other things and we are in the process of going to NLRB for some issues, Ethics has
been contacted about the Eco-Com people, and grievances have been filed on every case, unfortunately we are running
into obstacles, mostly the managers failing us and having our back, they are dragging out all of our meetings, and hoping
all this will go away, but i guarantee you this we will not go away.
All
of our leadership (puppets) in all levels of management are so scared to stand up to their own bosses and tell them this is
wrong, they continually pass the buck and wont make any decisions on their own for ESM or anything else we take to them even
though they know that it is wrong.
I
speak daily with all the Florida and some Alabama presidents and we are not alone everyone is being screwed with by the
company. We try to coordinate our efforts on some issues like ESM but others we are taking on individually, please go to private
page to see other info.
IN UNITY, YOUR PRESIDENT
SCOTT MACKEIL
